One of the best hotels I've been to. The service of the receptionists is the best there is, I give them a score of 10/10. The breakfast is excellent (it's a shame that there is no waffle maker on the premises. yes there were waffles that were prepared in advance) The downsides are that there is no coffee machine (not as small as the one in the room) free to serve the guests all the time. And that there is no milk in the fridge in the room.
But the rooms are spacious and beautiful, The bed is comfortable and the cleanliness is good.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in europe. Complete with everything needed. Nice big room. With a variety of breakfast options. Recommended to all who's travelling to Brussels. Staff's are very kind and helpful 😊
Metro is nearby 2 mins walking distance only. And every attraction is walkable.

The room was very good. The facilities were top notch. Unfortunately, we had a wall 1-2m in front of our window across the entire width. See photo. I have never experienced this in a hotel before. Please take this into account when choosing a room. We had room 5004.
